Kelsea and Zach’s May 2025 wedding at Scioto Reserve Country Club in Powell, Ohio was filled with intentional details, heartfelt moments, and timeless elegance. Every part of their day reflected the care they put into honoring their relationship, their families, and the people who have supported them throughout their lives. Being invited to document this wedding meant more to us than words can fully express.

As wedding photographers, we are always honored whenever we get to capture a wedding—but this one was especially meaningful because of the long-standing relationship we’ve built with Kelsea’s family over the years.

Set against the soft greens of late spring, Kelsea and Zach’s wedding day felt refined, warm, and deeply personal. Scioto Reserve Country Club provided a beautiful backdrop for their celebration, allowing the focus to remain exactly where it belonged—on the people, the moments, and the emotion shared throughout the day.

Remi

One of the most special parts of the day was having Remi, Kelsea’s dog, there to celebrate alongside them. Remi is incredibly special to this family and has been present at every family photo session we’ve photographed for Kelsea’s family over the past several years. Seeing Remi included once again—on such an important day—felt especially meaningful and deeply full-circle for us.

Kelsea and Zach’s wedding was filled with moments that spoke to who they are and what they value most. During the reception, Kelsea surprised her mom with a mother-daughter dance, a beautifully thoughtful gesture that honored their relationship in the most heartfelt way. It was an emotional moment that reflected Kelsea’s intentional spirit and deep love for her family.

At the end of the evening, Kelsea and Zach shared a private last dance, just the two of them, while their guests lined up outside for their sparkler exit. Watching them slow dance together—away from the noise and celebration—was incredibly powerful. That quiet moment brought everything back to the heart of the day: their love, their commitment, and the life they’re building together.

This day meant the absolute world to us. We adore Kelsea’s family and are so grateful to have been trusted to capture so many of their memories over the years. Being chosen to photograph Kelsea and Zach’s wedding is an honor we’ll always hold close.
