Chris and Bailey's wedding at The Old Barns at Dry Run Farms was full of unforgettable moments, heartfelt emotion, and playful fun. From first looks on the bridge to sunset portraits and laughter-filled dances, every detail made their day truly special.
The day began with the excitement of getting ready. Bailey and her bridal party shared laughter, nerves, and anticipation as they prepared for the ceremony. Chris and his groomsmen were equally full of energy, sharing meaningful moments. These candid moments are always some of the most special to photograph—they tell the story of the day even before the ceremony begins.
Bailey’s wedding day included two incredibly sweet first looks. Her first look with her dad was full of emotion—his reaction was tender and heartwarming, a perfect snapshot of their bond. Shortly after, Bailey shared a first look with Chris on a bridge outside of the venue. Storm clouds were starting to roll in, creating a dramatic and cinematic backdrop for this intimate moment.
Adding a personal touch, Chris carried the last of the Hershey’s Kisses they had been sharing as a “countdown to the wedding”—a detail that perfectly reflected their sweet personalities.
The ceremony took place outside, and the venue’s rustic charm made the whole setting feel inviting and timeless. With its natural wood accents and open skies, the space had a cozy, intimate atmosphere that perfectly matched Chris and Bailey’s style. One particularly meaningful moment was when they tied the three-strand cord together, a beautiful symbol of their unity that felt both personal and heartfelt.
Though a brief rain passed through during the reception, it cleared in time for golden hour photos. The soft, glowing light and the incredible sky made for stunning portraits and a truly memorable end to the day. Those shots quickly became some of our favorite images from the day.
The reception was full of laughter, dancing, and celebration. Bailey’s father-daughter dance included a rock ‘n’ roll portion that had everyone smiling, and her dad even wore a jacket featuring Bailey and Chris’s faces—a hilarious and heartfelt touch. The dance floor stayed alive all night as guests danced, laughed, and celebrated the couple. Every moment was full of energy, joy, and candid happiness.
The night ended with a t-shirt toss, leaving everyone laughing and creating memories to cherish forever. It was the perfect way to celebrate Bailey and Chris’s love, playful personalities, and joyful wedding day.
A special thank you to Bailey and Chris for choosing us to capture your incredible day. Your love, laughter, and genuineness made every moment a joy to photograph. Thank you also to The Old Barns at Dry Run Farms for providing such a beautiful and memorable setting—your venue made this wedding unforgettable.
